No. A successful submission provides a reference number and places the request into review. Transportation is reserved only after Pathwell Go confirms the trip directly.
Advance-notice requirements are still being finalized. Submit the request as early as practical so the route, timing, assistance needs, and availability can be reviewed.
Yes. Include the return details or repeating schedule in the request. Every trip and recurring pattern remains subject to availability and direct confirmation.
Same-day non-emergency requests may be submitted, but availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on the ride until Pathwell Go confirms it directly.

Yes. Share the wheelchair and mobility details in the request so the team can review the appropriate transportation option and available capacity.
Ambulatory transportation is for passengers who can walk independently or with limited assistance and do not remain seated in a wheelchair during the trip.
Curb-to-curb begins and ends at the curb. Door-to-door includes assistance between the vehicle and entrance. Door-through-door requests additional help through the entrance and a direct handoff. The requested level must be reviewed and confirmed.
Include companion details in the request. Passenger capacity, route details, and the transportation arrangement must be reviewed before a companion is confirmed.
No. Pathwell Go offers wheelchair and ambulatory non-emergency transportation, not stretcher or ambulance service. For a medical emergency, call 911.

You may submit a longer-distance request when the trip originates from or returns to the St. Louis service area. Route acceptance and pricing require direct review and confirmation.

Passengers, authorized helpers, and organizations can submit requests with appropriate information.
Yes. A family member or caregiver may submit a request when they have permission to provide the passenger and trip details.
Yes. Facility staff may submit individual ride requests or use the care-team inquiry form to discuss recurring schedules, discharge coordination, or organization-level needs.
No. A provider inquiry begins a conversation only. It does not establish a partnership, contract, billing arrangement, or guaranteed transportation capacity.
Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, insurance identification numbers, payment-card data, or other sensitive records. Provide only the information needed to review the transportation request.
Hospital-to-home and facility-transfer requests may be submitted for review. Discharge timing, mobility needs, pickup readiness, and receiving-party details must be confirmed directly.
